Sergiu Gherghina (principal investigator) is Associate Professor in Comparative Politics at the Department of Politics, University of Glasgow. He is Associate Fellow at the Department of International Relations and Contemporary History, Babes-Bolyai University Cluj. His research interests lie in party politics, legislative and voting behavior, democratization, and the use of direct democracy.
Marius Grad (project team member) is a Teaching Assistant and Post-Doctoral Fellow at the International Studies and Contemporary History Department, Babeş-Bolyai University. His research interests lie in democratization, political representation, political participation and elections. Also, his areas of interest include international relations and security.
Raluca Luțai (project team member) a postdoctoral fellow and a Teaching Assistant in the Department of International Studies and Contemporary History at Babeș-Bolyai University (Cluj Napoca). Her research interest lie in the era of political behaviour and open source intelligence.
Raluca Andreea Popa (project team member) is Associate Professor at Bucharest University for Economic Studies, Department for Economics and Economic Policies and also she is expert evaluator for European Commission H2020 Program (SME Instrument and Marie Sklodowska-Curie Individual Fellowships). Her main activities are related to research topics like sustainable development, competitiveness, foreign investments, efficiency and productivity at macroeconomic and microeconomic level.
George Ștefan (project team member) is Assistant Professor of Economics at the Department of Economics and Economic Policies, Bucharest University of Economic Studies (ASE). His research focuses on economic development at local level, foreign investment and competitiveness issues, effects of social and economic policies on social welfare.
Clara Volintiru (invited expert) is an Associate Professor at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies (ASE). Following her Ph.D. from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) she has been involved in various international research projects in the field of behavioral studies, good governance, informal exchanges, and political economy.
